23 years at the Ministry of Finance and the General Directorate of Taxation, founding member of IOTA for Albania and IBFD correspondent. Since 2005 he has led Kazazi Consulting and worked with IBFD, USAID, IFC/World Bank, the European Commission, the UN and the OSCE.
