Our story
A firm built on 40 years of experience.
Kazazi Consulting was incorporated in November 2005 by Mr Fatmir Kazazi, its sole partner. His more than 40 years in tax policy and tax administration, including the negotiation and implementation of double tax treaties, laid the foundation for the services we offer today.
Our partners and staff are professionals experienced in tax, accounting and legal matters. Our aim is unchanged: the highest quality of service and fast, effective solutions that meet each client’s needs precisely.

Founder
Fatmir Kazazi
Managing partner · Senior tax adviser
Graduated in economics/finance, with postgraduate studies at the University of Tirana. He completed international training in tax policy and administration, international taxation, double tax treaties, international accounting standards, tax audits of multinationals and transfer pricing, delivered by the OECD, the IMF, the World Bank, IFC and IBFD.
For 23 years (1982–2005) he worked at the Ministry of Finance and the General Directorate of Taxation, as an expert and in senior positions. He represented Albania as a founding member of the Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations (IOTA) and was Albania’s correspondent at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD).
